Once again inspired by one of my friends blog, i am here to complete the room mates series
So there we were in #283, Gundappa Layout, Gottigere... at the final steps of our 4th semester, and Hanumanth had already left the flat and moved with his brother, once he came to Bangalore, and Abhishek Periwal was also about to leave the flat in pursue of BTM or Jayanagar, so either we were to find a new room mate or our individual contri ( one of the term i learnt in Delhi, 2 more words i wud like to mention is Fundoo and Fudoo) would go up, and guess what after few failed trials, we settled on the later one.
But, "One often finds his destiny in the path he takes to avoid it" And Mr. Nilotpal Shankar Mitra was destined for becoming our room mate. "Paul" that was we call him, and that was what he preferred to be called and that too in delectable bengali ascent where somehow all 'a' becomes 'o'.
Paul was my classmate and was staying in some hostel in Jayanagar and had come to our room for studying SnS, when Kunal was struck with the idea of taking him as our room partner... and paul had no problem shifting with us, multiple benefits for both sides. About Paul, he was dumb at studies, but to compensate this he had/has excellent communication skills, and that is the reason he scored many girl friends. And he was always famous for wrong reasons... i don't know why & how he had got the reputation of being "GAY"... sorry paul, but thats the truth, blame it on your old roomie, Dhruv if i am mot wrong about his name. I will come to the other stories about him later on. But i can't resist, mentioning the name of Shilpa (pari for him).
So after 4th semester holiday, Paul was in and Hanumanth and Abhishek were out. By this time, Saurabh Sandilya, my class mate from Central Academy was there in Bangalore and taken admission in some engineering college. I had advised him against taking admission in engineering, seeing his old records in academics and his tendency falling for girls at the drop of hat. He didn't took me seriously as i was high on the pots, and so was he. So unfortunately he took admission, again because of a girl "Aditi" only to fell for another girl. After spending few months in Chotu's(Mrinal Singh) flat, he decided to move in our flat. So we got our final room mate as Saurabh, and the final disaster was there in our room. He was good at study in school days, लेकिन लड़की का चक्कर बाबु भाई, अछे अछे को डूबा देता है | After 10th the only thing in his mind was glamour, but no clamour for such glamour dude. About Saurabh, he was such a lazy ass, no work, no study, but if his girl friend (i don't want to take her name), would ask her to come anywhere, his promptness was a thing to cherish.
No mood to continue this anymore, so the introduction about the room mates is over, and now will come with stories of us. So now beware guys, its time to get a little embarassed.
P.S. : No offence intended.
